The cost of shipping is determined by the weight and dimensions of the parcel and its destination. The cost of shipping is automatically added to your order according to the carrier’s costs. Please, keep in mind, that shipping costs are subject to change at any time.
Your purchase is shipped fully insured and protected from loss with express or priority shipping methods. For all other shipping methods, insurance is extra. Simply notify us if you would like to have insurance added to your shipping cost. Please be aware that the address you used when registering on this site, will be the default shipping address we will ship to; please make sure this address is correct and constitutes that of a physical shipping address. Also, please make sure your postal code or zip code is correct.
Our goal is to provide you with fast, reliable service, and in most cases, your order will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of placing your order after full payment is received (if items are in stock). Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or there is an error with your order, you may return it with 10 business days of the ship date.
Shipping and Insurance charges are non-refundable on all returns, unless there is an error with your order.
Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped.
If an item is returned in a condition other than the way it was shipped, the credit amount issued will be at our discretion.
