You've moved out, and your home is completely empty. Potential buyers needs to see every room showcased.

Staging a vacant property is not just about filling it with random furniture and a few accessories. It must be properly merchandised and marketed to reach its target buyer to be effective. Once we have viewed your listing, we create a customized design plan based on our solid understanding of buyer demographics, location and price point.

Each piece of furniture, accessory and lighting is carefully selected from our gorgeous inventory and strategically placed to help create the lifestyle your prospective buyer aspires to, and identifies with.

Pricing estimates are available by phone. If the estimate falls within your budget, we then schedule a Vacant Assessment Preview. There is a small fee for this service which is credited back upon hire.
