If you will be living in your home while it is on the market, here is our three step process:
1. The Staging Consultation
- Priority action plan based on budget
- List of vendors and reliable trades (if required)
- Staging proposal for showcasing your property
2. The Prep Work
- May be completed on your own or coordinated for you
- Includes painting, curb appeal, repairs ect.
- Executed prior to showcasing
3. Showcasing
(There are two options to suit your needs)
- Working with your furnishings and accessories to highlight your property’s best features
- Let us select the best furniture and accessories from our inventory to suit the style of your home and appeal to your buyer
